EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

The enterprise formulates different training programs to employees at different levels, such as graduate program, qualification training of managers, TTT internal trainer program and different types of job skills training. The whole training system covers almost all employees of the enterprise. Additionally, the enterprise adopts the double-track talent training system, and 60% of employees at the middle and high levels positions are filled by internal promotions. The combination of complete talent training mechanism and the fair internal promotion mechanism not only bring employees growths and developments for their efforts, but also attract more gifted young talents with dreams to create a beautiful future here!

    Clothing brands with different styles spread everywhere, the time that agents sell whatever brands they got their hands on has ended. Based on 10 years of working experiences, I have traveled extensively and I’m deeply familiar with all kinds and sizes of shopping malls in China. Consumers craves more individualization and the fashion market is increasingly segmented. However, the sharp increase in operation costs requires us to consolidate step by step, and open more stores to seize market shares and improve brand awareness. We shall budget carefully to improve operational efficiency and profitability for the company.

    ADVICE TO NEW EMPLOYEES

    Change is the only thing that does not change in the world. The market is changing, organization is changing, and people have to change accordingly. We shall accept changes and learn from changes to enrich ourselves, so that we can prevail.

    My journey in RIBO group starts in the design team of Personal Point. Years later, fortunately I receive the chance to start up the brand SRILOIN , which was a bran-new project then. Through this experience I learnt systematic management approaches from financial flow to facility management, which laid an important basis for my current work. Now I’m running R130 project and empowering international emerging talented brands from sample-development, wholesale to retail. All these magic journey cannot exist without the great support and trust from the company from the beginning.

    Although design seems simple on the surface, it is full of challenges. In the beginning, I regarded designing just as a job. I have experienced many setbacks and made mistakes in more than 10 years of design experiences, and I began to enjoy the fun from design. Design is a process of inspiration to both scale and space, and more importantly, to life. Comprehensive inspirations help us to understand needs of customers better and thereby offer solutions with design. Meanwhile, the design works carry both temperature and emotions.

    Creating the maximum value with simple design concept and extreme focus is the mission that every Aisher’er employee should stick to.

    In this fast-changing age, customers propose more and more requirements on advanced design philosophy and advanced design style.     Product management requires real-time perception and accurate understanding of the underlying demands of customers, make production plans logically and methodically based on experiences and data analysis. Then, the production plans are adjusted and optimized continuously in the sales processes, thus improving shopping experiences of customers and maximizing the brand value.

This is to turn beautiful blueprints into beautiful clothes! For more than 10 years in the company, every order feels like a battle that we fought to provide customers with perfection. As I progressed from pattern marker to CTO, I needed to constantly self-improve while leading the whole department to accumulate and develop innovative technologies, and create a beautiful future with Ribo Group!

    ADVICE TO NEW EMPLOYEES

    People may become fickle and easily distracted in the modern society. However, I believe that every effort will be rewarded and everything is a growth process where breakthrough only happens after sufficient accumulation of strength. Do not expect early prizes without efforts invested, persevere, and you will be rewarded.
